Warranty Policy

At Amora-Frankfurt, we value quality and customer satisfaction. This Warranty and Guarantee Policy explains your rights if a purchased item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Statutory Warranty Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected. For customers in Germany and the European Union, a statutory warranty generally applies to goods that are faulty or do not match the description.

The statutory warranty is not the same as a voluntary manufacturer's warranty or an additional commercial guarantee. It exists regardless of whether a separate warranty is offered.

What is considered a faulty item?

An item may be considered faulty if it is damaged upon receipt, has a material or manufacturing defect, does not match the product description, or is not suitable for its usual purpose.

Please note that minor color variations due to different screen or device settings do not constitute a product defect.

What is not covered?

Our Warranty and Guarantee Policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, incorrect washing, improper storage, alteration of the item, accidental damage, or use contrary to the care instructions.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged may not be accepted as faulty goods, unless the defect was already present upon delivery.

Care Instructions

Always follow the care instructions on the item's label or in the product description. Damage caused by disregarding the care instructions is not covered by this policy.

Damaged or Faulty Items upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please send us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item, label, and packaging so that we can review the case.

Solutions for Legitimate Claims

If an item is legitimately deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable solution depending on the situation and applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Since we do not offer exchanges for regular size, color, or style changes, this does not apply to cases where statutory rights exist for faulty goods.

Voluntary Guarantee

Unless explicitly stated on a product page or in a separate written declaration, we do not offer any additional voluntary manufacturer's warranty or commercial guarantee.

This policy does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

30-Day Return Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee for eligible items. For more information on returns, free returns, and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Customers from the United Kingdom and the United States

Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States may have additional statutory consumer rights depending on their place of residence. These rights are not limited by this Warranty and Guarantee Policy.
