All products are offered subject to availability. If an ordered item is not available, we will inform you and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund.

Order and Conclusion of Contract

When you place an order in our online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not yet constitute final acceptance of the contract, where this is to be interpreted accordingly under applicable law.

The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order, ship the goods, or confirm shipment of the order.

Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the shop. For customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, prices may be displayed differently depending on the market, currency settings, taxes, shipping costs, and local requirements.

The total costs displayed at checkout are decisive. Additional shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or fees will be displayed before the order is completed where applicable, or may be charged by local authorities or service providers for international deliveries.

Payment

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. We accept no responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import regulations of the respective country.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for eligible items. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please return the original item in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Germany, the European Union, and the United Kingdom may have statutory withdrawal rights for online purchases. These statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return guarantee.
