At Amora-Frankfurt, we offer free shipping for all eligible orders to Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We currently ship exclusively to the following countries: Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Free Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Germany: approx. 2 to 5 business days
United Kingdom: approx. 4 to 8 business days
United States: approx. 6 to 12 business days

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping service provider, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to be updated by the shipping service provider.

For deliveries outside Germany, import taxes, customs duties, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States are responsible for complying with the applicable import regulations of their country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered completely and correctly. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.
