Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason.

Right of Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by email, letter, or another clear written communication.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we received from you for the withdrawn order, including the standard delivery costs, if such costs were incurred.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We offer free returns for eligible orders. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in reasonable condition. Please handle the goods carefully and, if possible, return them unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain goods, to the extent permitted by law. This may apply in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

For normal women's clothing from our range, such as tops, trousers, dresses, and outerwear, the right of withdrawal generally applies, unless a legal exclusion is in effect.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee for eligible items. This voluntary guarantee does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to have a different size, color, or model, you can return the original item in accordance with our return or withdrawal terms and place a new order.
