Refund policy
At Amora-Frankfurt, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days after receiving your order.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return guarantee for eligible women’s fashion items purchased from our online shop. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and, where applicable, with all original tags and original packaging.
Return requests made later than 30 days after the delivery date may not be accepted.
Free Returns
We offer free returns for eligible orders to Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions from us and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions from us.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags, where these were originally provided. For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of use may be rejected.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we may not be able to issue a refund.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, clear photos of the item and packaging.
